JoAnna Brandi is a writer, a public speaker and a consultant. She is known in the business world as the ‘Customer Care Lady.’ She has been in the field of marketing and customer retention and loyalty for over 20 years. A highly rated public speaker in the business sector, her style is uplifting and inspirational as she challenges her audiences to go beyond customer service and start delivering exquisite customer care.

Her rallying cry is ‘Dare to Care!’ SM She began writing newsletters in 1984 and continues to this day. Her latest, an e-mail tip, reaches thousands of subscribers every other week with inspiration and ideas about caring in the workplace. She is the author of two books, ‘Winning at Customer Retention, 101 Ways to Keep ‘em Happy, Keep ‘em Loyal, and Keep ‘em Coming Back ’and ‘Building Customer Loyalty- 21 Essential Elements in Action.’ She, along with her photographer daughter, Jeanine Brandi, has designed two lines of postcards to help business people ‘communicate with caring.’ She believes that business needs to be a potent force for positive change in the world and is actively developing programs and products that spread the word. She is passionate about her own evolution and learning and to that end reads books and attends workshops on spirituality, wellness, and fitness. She dances, does yoga, walks on the beach, journals, and spends time with friends to balance her life. She and illustrator Jo Ann Goldsmith are already busy compiling the next ‘54 Ways’ book, and putting their heads together to develop products that will help their readers stay positive in a changing, challenging, and yes, sometimes even negative world.
